Right at the beginning, I would like to write that these are changes, hopefully for the better. This is not a price increase. On the contrary, from September you as customers have the choice of more ways to deliver your parcel for FREE (when purchasing goods over 2000 CZK). And now also the option of picking up the package at Balíkovná, which is a new generation of Czech Post delivery points with a faster method of clearance and the option of paying cash on delivery by card directly at the counter.
The entire shipping system and its prices have been simplified. So what is the situation with shipping orders in this e-shop now?

Pick-up at the delivery point

Depending on the reactions of you, the customers, these shipping methods may be slightly adjusted as follows. For all offered shipping options, the carrier always sends email and SMS notifications and delivery, except for Zásilkovna, is usually the next day after shipment.
The reason for the above changes, in addition to a wider range of shipping methods, was also the fact that goods from suppliers usually arrive in the morning. Given the possibility of later submission to the Czech Post, most shipments will now be shipped on the same day the goods arrive at the warehouse. Thanks to this, you will receive your shipment a day earlier!
As for payment options, the cash on delivery payment restriction remains in effect only for goods worth up to CZK 3,000. Thanks to this measure, we have managed to eliminate unnecessary shipping for customers who do not pick up their goods on delivery, and thanks to this, I can continue to offer you original branded goods at the best prices - now more than 10,000 current products!
