Please pay attention to the following information regarding the delivery of goods during the Christmas period. Due to the usual increased pressure on carriers, we strongly recommend choosing only the PPL carrier or the Balík do ruky product from the Czech Post .
The free delivery offered in the e-shop for orders over 1200 CZK only applies to classic registered packages, for which delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
We have prepared discounted shipping rates for you for the last week of orders before Christmas. If you choose PPL shipping, you will pay only 88 CZK (instead of the usual 99 CZK).
We also offer information about the last possible orders with guaranteed delivery before Christmas:
- Victorinox knives marked IN STOCK NOW can be ordered until Friday, December 20, 2013, 12:00 (PPL or Parcel in Hand delivery). Other knives will probably be delivered after Christmas.
- Zippo lighters in stock NOW can be ordered until Friday, December 20, 2013, 12:00 (PPL or Parcel in Hand delivery). Other Zippas will be delivered after Christmas.
- Zippo marked In Stock, shipped within 48 hours - can be ordered by Thursday, December 19th at 10:00 AM with the exception of Zippo at the distributor's external warehouse. Please call to verify availability (again, only PPL or Parcel in Hand).
- Pocket bottles, gift sets and other goods not marked IN STOCK NOW can be ordered until Thursday, December 19th at 10:00 AM, but we recommend checking availability by phone.
For shipments that you want to pick up at HeurékaPoint, everything above applies, except that if you want to pick up the shipment by Christmas, the last order is required by Wednesday, December 18. For later orders, please call 721 882 652 for an individual agreement.
